In 2012 I was invited by the US National Park Service to undertake a residency in the Grand Canyon, Arizona.

 

The remit for the residency there was use my creative techniques with ice and paper to investigate the processes of erosion in the canyon, where ice plays an important role in the formation of this vast evolving space. The residency culminated in a 6 week Arts Council UK sponsored exhibition and a celebration of a personal  journey from the top of the canyon to the very bottom.
